- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Bereichs Quality Assurance und Technical Training am Standort Oberpfaffenhofen
- Koordination der Analyse von reklamierten Bauteilen sowie Einleitung von Optimierungen nach gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Normen
- Sicherstellung der zeitlich korrekten Durchführung interner FAI- / LAI-Abnahmen
- Verantwortung für die Durchführung und Koordination täglicher Verbesserungsrunden mit den entsprechenden Fachbereichen und Schnittstellen (RPQ / PDCA / 8D-Report etc.)
- Verantwortung für die Prüfung, Genehmigung und Dokumentation eines geänderten bzw. neuen Montageprozesses
- Verantwortung für die Prüfung, den Aufbau und die Qualifizierung von Kundenprozessen für die internen Montageprozesse
- Koordination der internen Auditplanung sowie Durchführung von Produkt- und Prozessaudits nach internen / externen Vorgaben
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von internen Prozessen, Kundenvorgaben und Spezifikationen sowie Komponentendokumentation (e-CAIR)
- Wahrnehmung der Aufgaben als „Compliance Manager“ nach EASA Part 21G und 145
- Diplom-Ingenieur (m/w/d) (FH / TU) Flugzeugbau / Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d) Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Ausbildung zum Auditor (m/w/d) gemäß DIN ISO 19011
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement der Luftfahrtindustrie
- Gute Kenntnisse in Problemlösungstechniken (8D / 9 Steps / Ishikawa)
- Planerisches und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Gute SAP-R/3-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
