Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Identify and analyze business opportunities in a regulatory context
* Conduct internal and external risk analyses
* Collaborate with departments to incorporate regulatory actions
* Prepare and participate in discussions with the Compliance and Risk Management team
* Support the Finoa team in maintaining regulatory conformity
Requirements:
* Bachelor or master's degree in Management, Economics, Law, or a related field
* Reliable, self-motivated, and quick learner with exceptional analytical skills
* Fluent in German and English
* Good level of knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Hands-on mentality, healthy entrepreneurial mindset, stress resistance, and willingness to take an active role in our fast-growing company
