Service Technician Test Stand Maintenance Specialist
Job Summary
  • Conduct service missions, repairs, modifications, maintenance, and calibrations on test technology
  • Prepare and follow up on missions regarding required measuring technology, spare and maintenance parts independently
  • Carry out calibrations and maintenance according to specified schedules and maintenance/calibration plans
  • Assemble components and parts of in-house products and test systems, search for and maintain faults
  • Identify problems during customer deployments and resolve them independently or in consultation with specialized departments
  • Discuss and hand over to the customer upon completion
  • Advise customers on system characteristics, possible improvements, and modifications
  • Support customers through technical expertise
  • Represent in-house interests at customers
  • Adhere to quality requirements
Requirements
  • Completed training as a machinery mechanic, electrician, automotive mechanic, or similar qualification
  • Experience in the construction of test benches and test systems advantageous
  • Knowledge in the installation of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery and equipment
  • Team spirit and flexibility
