Expert for Development Test Equipment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert for Development Test Equipment to join our team at STAR COOPERATION GmbH. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful development and implementation of our test equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement test equipment for motor development, including mechanical, electrical, and measurement technology components.
- Install, commission, and operate measurement and testing technology, such as high-voltage components, exhaust gas measurement technology, and conditioning systems.
- Integrate communication components, such as control units, INCA, rest bus simulation, and test stand automation.
- Document test equipment in IT systems, including measurement plans, logbooks, events, and results.
- Plan and set up tests and test series on AMG motor test stands.
- Analyze and resolve disturbances in collaboration with the test stand engineering team.
- Collaborate across shifts on process optimization, safety, order, and cleanliness.
- Completed training as a motor vehicle mechatronics technician or equivalent.
- Several years of experience as an Expert for Development Test Equipment, with a focus on motor or ATS test stands.
- Deep knowledge of test stand automation and measurement systems.
- Good knowledge of high-performance car engines in terms of design, testing, and maintenance.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- High level of teamwork skills, essential for collaboration in a shift-based environment.
