About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Auditor (m/w/d) for Disability Insurance to join our Underwriting & Benefits Management Protection team in Cologne and Karlsruhe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for customers and sales partners, providing expert advice on the assessment and management of disability claims.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into disability claims, including reviewing medical reports, expert opinions, and other relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with medical experts and other stakeholders to gather information and make informed decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to manage disability claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide regular updates to customers and sales partners on the status of their claims.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of disability insurance and related regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex medical and technical information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
