As a PhD student in our interdisciplinary team, you will contribute to improving our understanding of the impact of chemical agents on human and environmental health within the EU PARC Project. Your tasks will include:

  • Collaborating with scientists across Europe to develop new approaches for analyzing and interpreting chemical effects on organisms.
  • Developing and applying new methodologies within chemical risk assessment.
  • Evaluating and contributing to the mechanistic understanding of chemical exposure in various systems.
  • Establishing key networks throughout Europe to enhance chemical usage and monitoring.
» Your Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated PhD candidate with a background in bioinformatics, computational biology, systems biology, or a related field. Key qualifications include:

  • High proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., R, Python).
  • Motivation to develop new methodologies for data analysis.
  • Experience with OMICs data is essential.
  • Deep learning skills are desirable but not required.
