With over 300 years of combined experience, 1,000 global patents, 180 sites globally, and 11,000 employees committed to sustainability, we are seeking a passionate and motivated Packaging Collection Specialist in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and follow up on existing leads for collecting empty packaging (IBC) in Germany
- Visit potential collection customers to direct empty packaging suitable for reconditioning to Mauser reconditioning sites in Germany
- Increase collection volumes
- Collaborate closely with the collection team in Germany
- A technical/commercial focused apprenticeship is required
- Experience in Direct Sales, Business Development, Cold Calling, and/or Lead Generation is advantageous
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Independent performers with a hunting mentality are preferred
- A high willingness and ability to travel (>80%) are necessary
- Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing, with English as an advantage, are required
- Packaging and market knowledge are advantageous
- The ability to negotiate effectively is crucial
- An affinity for technical products and industrial packaging is desirable
- Experienced users of MS Office are preferred
€50,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
