As a Growth & Product Marketing Manager, your mission is to drive the commercial growth of our Booking product and help us create the largest seamless parking network in Europe.

Wemolo GmbH is a service and innovation leader in digital parking management and has experienced rapid growth of % since 2019, making it the fastest-growing startup in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Vision: Define the strategic direction based on identified growth opportunities and support the international scaling of our product.
  • Customer Needs Integration: Develop a deep understanding of the daily needs and challenges of our target audience and effectively link them to the product promise of Wemolo GmbH.
  • Partnership Management: Establish strategic partnerships with key public and private stakeholders.
  • Campaigns: Initiate and execute independent campaigns with potential customers, including a go-to-market approach, implementation, and data-driven optimization and tracking.
  • Market Analysis: Evaluate market and industry potentials, provide corresponding recommendations, and drive their implementation forward.
  • Process Development: Develop reliable and scalable processes that ensure stable growth and high quality.
Requirements
  • Background: You have a completed degree and bring relevant experience in Business Development, Growth, or Strategy.
  • Marketing: You have gained experience in Product or Online Marketing.
  • Strategy: You have ideally gained experience in conceiving and implementing growth strategies.
  • Entrepreneurship: You are characterized by your entrepreneurial spirit and strive to develop innovative customer solutions in the team.
  • Analysis: You solve complex questions rationally and do not lose sight of the big picture even with a multitude of data sources.
  • Communication: You have excellent communication skills in German and English.
