About the Role
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving business growth from a product perspective in close cooperation with Global Marketing, Application Marketing, and Commercial Marketing.
This is your new role:
- Responsible for the product portfolio (management of the product life cycle)
- Develop and execute marketing plans, product portfolio positioning, value proposition, and go-to-market strategies
- Own product launch and market introduction by providing and initiating content for Marcom materials and activities
- Responsible for driving business plan execution of related product families and ensuring business case fulfillment
- Promote the related portfolio and especially new launched products
- Second-level support regarding product features, documentation, and product-related customer requests
- Responsible for bottom-line stop prices; initial price setting and positioning; maintaining stop prices
- Market investigations; early identification of opportunities and threats
- Interface to GMM, AMM, Commercial Marketing, and development for new product development (projects); contribute to the regular PtMA (Product to Market Alignment) meeting
This is You
- Minimum Master's degree in engineering or physics or Bachelor's degree in a technical field, combined with a Master's degree in business administration or economics
- Minimum 7+ years of professional marketing and product management experience in the semiconductor industry
- Deep understanding of power semiconductor customer applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and German
- Excellent analytical skills and structured work approach
- Highly self-motivated and team-oriented attitude
- Entrepreneurial approach
- Strong customer focus and service orientation
- Intercultural awareness and ability to work in international teams
