Job Summary

We're looking for a results-driven Product Growth Manager to drive conversion initiatives and increase Freeletics' growth and profitability. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you'll contribute to shaping the future of our product and company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize Conversion Rates (CR) across web, app, organic, and inorganic channels, increasing traffic to Freeletics organically through SEO expertise.
  • Prioritize and optimize the product roadmap, focusing on monetization metrics and benchmarks.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, defining and driving KPIs, and leveraging project management skills to execute co-defined topics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a growth-focused PM for B2C products, with a track record of success.
  • Ability to operate in an agile, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
  • Strong prioritization, A/B testing, and test process optimization skills.
  • Expertise in B2C app growth with customer obsession.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the software development cycle and experience with agile project management tools.
