BDO Luxembourg is a leading professional services firm seeking an IT Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will see you working closely with clients in the financial, private, and public sectors to provide advisory services on IT regulatory compliance, focusing on DORA, NIS2, and CSSF regulations.
As an IT Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will develop and execute compliance strategies to ensure clients meet EU and Luxembourg IT regulations. This will involve conducting assessments of IT controls and providing assurance on compliance with regulatory standards, particularly in areas like Cloud Computing, IT Outsourcing, Cybersecurity, and IT frameworks.
You will also prepare and deliver IT compliance reports and recommendations to clients, as well as participate in the development of the IT Regulatory Advisory service.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Audit, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
- 2-5 years of experience in IT compliance, regulatory advisory, or IT audit;
- Strong understanding of EU and Luxembourg IT regulations, especially DORA, NIS2, and CSSF regulations;
- Professional qualification (CISA, CISSP...);
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving;
- Risk-minded person who can identify potential issues in processes and work with stakeholders to mitigate risks;
- Proven efficiency under pressure and ability to face challenges in diverse environments;
- Flexibility and ability to manage unexpected situations;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building strong team and client relationships;
- English and French language skills; German is an asset.
