Join Our Team as a Manager - Investment Fund Distribution

Arendt Regulatory & Consulting S.A. is a Luxembourg-based advisory company that provides risk and compliance, business, fraud investigation, and regulatory advisory services to a diverse client base across multiple industries. Our team is composed of professionals with strong backgrounds in consultancy and industry, and we are actively looking for a Manager - Investment Fund Distribution to join our team.

Your Role:

  • Assist in the registration and post-registration services of UCITS and AIFs in jurisdictions across Europe, Asia, and Latin America;
  • Analyze distribution models to anticipate marketing strategies and regulatory hurdles;
  • Maintain active communication with clients and the team to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction;
  • Participate in employee training and coaching on distribution matters.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy, or Law;
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position or a relevant experience in the Luxembourg fund industry;
  • You have a strong knowledge of investment fund regulations;
  • You are fluent in both written and oral French and English, with German being an advantage;
  • You are dedicated to working in a fast-growing environment;
  • You are seen as a proactive, well-organized, and rigorous person;
  • You have good communication skills and are team-oriented.
