Job Description

Arendt Regulatory & Consulting, a leading regulatory and consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Consultant to join our team. As a Regulatory Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in navigating the complex regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients in adapting to regulatory requirements: Conducting discrepancy analyses and impact studies to assess compliance with existing or new regulations.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new clients: Defining new or adapting existing operational models, creating documentation, and developing policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the submission and approval of cross-border distribution of investment products: Interacting with the Luxembourg regulator and national authorities to obtain approval.
  • Ensuring corporate compliance: Conducting compliance checks, particularly using our Compliance Tool CAROL.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in law, business, or economics.
  • Have up to 3 years of experience in a similar role or comparable experience in Luxembourg.
  • Be fluent in German and English, with additional proficiency in French being an asset.
  • Be motivated and eager to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Have analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, and a high level of initiative and organizational talent.
  • Be open-minded, able to integrate well into an international and dynamic environment, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
