Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team at Skeleton Technologies. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving our employer branding initiatives, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to support our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various evaluation methods.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with candidates.
- Prepare onboarding activities for new hires, including HRIS setup, payroll, and IT equipment.
- Support hiring managers in the hiring process and provide training on recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and the People Department to develop and execute employer branding initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluency in German and English.
- University degree in a relevant field.
