Talent Acquisition Specialist

Skeleton Technologies is a leading provider of high-power energy storage solutions, and we're seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for full-cycle recruitments, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating with candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover full-cycle recruitments, from initial contact to onboarding
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Negotiate terms and conditions with candidates
- Prepare onboarding activities for new hires
- Support hiring managers in the hiring process
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in German and English
- University degree in a relevant field
