Aufgaben
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Site Manager, der unsere Onsite-Support- und -Services-Aktivitäten koordiniert und umsetzt. Der Kandidat sollte die Koordination multifunktionaler Teams sowie die Sicherstellung ihrer Handlungsfähigkeit am Standort und im BackOffice übernehmen. Darüber hinaus sollte er das externe Kundeninterface übernehmen, einschließlich der technischen Unterstützung bei kommerziellen Diskussionen. Der Kandidat sollte auch das interne Kundeninterface zur Unterstützung der Programme, Vertretung vertraglicher KPIs zur Überwachung und stetigen Verbesserung übernehmen. Darüber hinaus sollte er die Unterstützung hinsichtlich der Prozessverbesserung und Prozessmanagement im zugeordneten Bereich übernehmen. Der Kandidat sollte auch die Überwachung des NC-Managements der AIRBUS-Türen übernehmen. Darüber hinaus sollte er die Weiterentwicklung unserer Partnerschaft mit dem Kunden übernehmen.
Qualifikationen
Der Kandidat sollte eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Aufstiegsweiterbildung zum Industriefachwirt (m/w/d), Maschinenbautechniker (m/w/d), Betriebswirt (m/w/d) oder Ähnliches haben. Darüber hinaus sollte er mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Manufacturing Engineering, Projektmanagement und Supply Chain / Logistics haben. Der Kandidat sollte auch Erfahrung im Onsite-Management/Kundendienst-Umfeld haben. Darüber hinaus sollte er verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse haben. Der Kandidat sollte auch Reisebereitschaft und Dienstbereitschaft haben.
