Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Site Supervisor (m/w/d) für die Organisation der Installationen und Inbetriebnahmen in der Schiffsfahrt- und Energie-Branche.

Aufgaben
  • Fachliche Leitung der Installations- und Inbetriebnahmephase eines Systems oder einer Anlage an Bord
  • Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe und Ressourcenplanung
  • Überwachung und Steuerung der Unterlieferanten an Bord
  • Abstimmung und Koordination der logistischen Prozesse
  • Überwachung der Kosten und Einhaltung der Zeitpläne
  • Erstellung und Verfolgung von Terminplänen
  • Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Qualitätssicherung
  • Verantwortung für das Fortschrittsreporting
  • Übergabe des Systems an die Klassifikationsgesellschaft oder Bauaufsicht
  • Technische Abstimmung und Klärung mit dem Engineering, dem Einkauf und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Identifikation und Minimierung von Sicherheitsrisiken
Voraussetzungen
  • Technische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Schiffbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung in der Installations- und Inbetriebnahmeleitung
  • Kenntnisse in Projekt- und Baustellenmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen und Ressourcen
  • Kenntnisse im Qualitäts- und Logistikmanagement
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Projektmanagement- und EDV-Tools
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Qualität, Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Umwelt
  • Technische Kenntnisse in Engineering und Fertigungsprozessen
  • Führungskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke
