Site Conditions Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Site Conditions Manager. As a key member of our offshore team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of site investigation surveys and UXO clearance campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement cost estimation and scoping strategies for site conditions campaigns and desktop studies.
- Manage and control site investigation surveys, including geophysical acquisition, boreholes, and downhole CPTs.
- Procure and compile metocean data for project areas and create client design basis.
- Evaluate site investigation information to determine possible foundation types.
- Support interface management between GEO/metocean work package and other teams.
- Master's degree in geotechnical engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in soil investigation, site data evaluation, and UXO survey and clearance campaigns.
- Desirable: project management experience and knowledge of metocean data.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with fluency in Business English.
- Ability to work in intercultural teams and adapt to new tasks quickly.
