Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen HR-Experten, der unsere Mitarbeiter unterstützt und unsere HR-Prozesse optimiert. Als Global Head of Human Resources wirst du Teil unseres Teams und wirst uns bei der Gestaltung unserer HR-Strategie unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten HR-Lebenszyklus, vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt der Mitarbeiter
  • Rekrutierung und Auswahl von neuen Mitarbeitern
  • Personalentwicklung und Schulung der Mitarbeiter
  • Schnittstelle für Steuerberater bezüglich der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personal
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
  • Gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse
