Our headquarters are situated in Zurich, where we lead innovations in Waste to Energy (WtE) and Renewable Gas (RG).
Our division, Hitachi Zosen Inova BioMethan GmbH, is dedicated to the development and production of modular technologies for biomethane generation and CO2 extraction from various biogenic gases, including those from bio, sewage, or landfill sources, as well as flue gases. With a workforce of around 160 employees, our facility is located in Zeven, Lower Saxony, conveniently positioned between Hamburg and Bremen.
Role Overview
The biomethane market across Europe is rapidly evolving, influenced by shifting regulations and subsidies that reflect the priorities of the EU and its member states. As a global entity, HZI must remain vigilant in monitoring these changes to seize opportunities and enhance market presence in targeted regions. Our technologies and designs may require modifications to align with specific market demands.
In this role, you will be tasked with enhancing a tool that assesses market intelligence data, allowing for the cross-referencing of HZI technologies that may be applicable. You will also define the business model and lifecycle for the product, identifying necessary options or adjustments to ensure its viability in the designated market.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a master's degree or in the final semester of a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, process engineering, energy engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation.
- Proficiency in both German and English (minimum B1 level).
- Possession of a valid driving license class B (for passenger vehicles).
- Strong experience with Office 365 applications, particularly Excel and Word, along with other relevant software.
