Our branch, Hitachi Zosen Inova BioMethan GmbH, is dedicated to the development and production of modular technology for biomethane generation and CO2 extraction from biogenic gases, including bio, sewage, and landfill gas, as well as flue gases. With a workforce of around 160 employees, our facility is strategically positioned in Zeven, Lower Saxony, between Hamburg and Bremen.
Role Overview
The biomethane sector in Europe is rapidly evolving, with regulations and subsidies frequently changing based on the agendas of the EU and its member states. As a global entity, HZI must stay informed about these developments to uncover opportunities and enhance market presence in key regions. Our technologies and designs may require modifications to align with specific market demands.
In this role, you will be tasked with enhancing a tool that assesses market intelligence data, enabling the identification of which HZI technologies are applicable. You will be responsible for defining the business model and lifecycle of the product, as well as pinpointing necessary adjustments to ensure its viability in the target market.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a master's degree in industrial engineering, process engineering, energy engineering, business administration, or a related field, ideally in the early semesters or in the final semester of a bachelor's program.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation.
- Proficiency in both German and English (minimum B1 level).
- Possession of a valid driving license class B (for passenger vehicles).
- Strong experience with Office 365 applications, particularly Excel and Word, along with other computer software.
