Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the execution of our rapidly growing battery energy storage (BESS) pipeline. As a member of our team, you will take charge of significant ongoing projects and contribute directly to our ambitious goal of delivering multiple BESS projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage approved projects at all stages, from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely project execution and adherence to cost, timeline, and quality targets.
  • Oversee and manage EPC contractors to ensure compliance with project obligations and deliverables.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, address on-site issues, and ensure quality control.
  • Track, forecast, and report project performance to stakeholders, including investors, government agencies, and power grid operators.
  • Lead project teams and contribute to the establishment of project benchmarks and processes within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil, or similar).
  • Minimum 3 years of qualified professional experience in project management, with increasing responsibility, complexity, and achievements.
  • Experience with project commissioning, contractor follow-ups, and site approvals for construction progress and quality control.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with high sensitivity to different mentalities and practices in an international business environment.
  • Fluent spoken and written business English and C1 German.
  • High willingness to travel to project locations within Germany.
