About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategy Director to lead our product development efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategy to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Estimate product value and revenue potential, and craft successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee product positioning and ensure successful product launches.
  • Build and maintain the product roadmap, setting clear goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of product leadership experience in complex SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • Strong track record of discovering product opportunities and translating them into successful products.
  • Senior industry expertise, particularly in complex industries, with the ability to build scalable, revenue-generating products.
  • Deep knowledge of state-of-the-art software development and the ability to collaborate with engineering to implement technical excellence.
  • A strong affinity for revenue generation, with a keen understanding of how product decisions impact commercial outcomes.
