Job OverviewAs a Director of Mobility Strategy Development at Strategy Engineers, you will take on the challenge of transforming the mobility industry towards sustainable technologies. Your key responsibilities include leading a small team of consultants, contributing your expert knowledge, and providing leadership skills.
You will work closely with our clients to develop and implement strategic and operational solutions within the scope of project management. This role also involves mentoring and coaching younger colleagues, helping them recognise and develop their individual talents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of consultants in developing and implementing strategic and operational solutions for clients.
- Contribute your existing expert knowledge and leadership skills to drive business growth and success.
- Mentor and coach younger colleagues, focusing on talent development and recognition.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and address their mobility challenges.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in management consulting within technology-driven industries.
- Experience in leading a management consultancy project team.
- Excellent university degree from a renowned institution.
- Fascination for technology and strategic questions going beyond the product itself.
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team and lead, with fluency in English and German, empathy, flexibility, enthusiasm, and a willingness to take responsibility.

- An estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
