About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business/Technical Consultant to join our team at Infront. As a key member of our organization, you will play a central role in facilitating the seamless migration of customers from various local systems to our flagship product, Investment Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Migration and Setup:

  • Lead the process of migrating customer data and systems to Investment Manager.
  • Configure and customize Investment Manager to meet customer-specific requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency during the migration process.

Customer Support:

  • Provide expert support to customers throughout the migration process and beyond.
  • Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges faced by customers.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to help customers effectively use the product.

Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging your deep knowledge of Investment Manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product features and updates.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the Product Management team to help improve the product.

Collaboration with Local Teams:

  • Work closely with Sales teams to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to align customer requirements with product development.
  • Support Customer Support teams in addressing complex customer issues.
  • Coordinate with Sales Administration and Finance teams to ensure smooth contract and billing processes.

Requirements:

  • You are a well-organized team player with excellent communication skills.
  • You have a degree in business administration, an IT-related field, or a similar qualification.
  • You have experience in the field of market data and portfolio management systems or would like to acquire such experience.
  • You are tech-savvy and service-oriented with a consulting mindset.
  • Knowledge/experience in regulatory requirements for asset managers is an advantage.
  • Your English and German language skills are business fluent.
