Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Image Consultant to join our team, providing L2/L3 support in terms of design, development, and management of Windows Images. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating or maintaining existing standard models, keeping task sequences updated, and certifying new and current standard models with the latest updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Interaction
• Involve in regular client interaction to understand their business needs and provide L2/L3 support.
• Task Sequence Management
• Create and maintain task sequences with the latest Windows image.
• Hardware Certification
• Certify new and current standard hardware models with the latest BIOS updates.
• Image Creation
• Create customized images for Virtual Machines and offline environments.
• Documentation
• Maintain image-related documents up to date.
• Windows Settings Customization
• Implement Windows settings customization and integrate it as part of task sequences.

Requirements

• Expertise in SCCM / MECM OSD, MDT, PowerShell, Hyper-V, VMware, and PASSMark tool usage.
• Experience in customizing Windows 10 standard, LTSC, and IOT images.
• Ability to automate task sequences for seamless deployment.
• Knowledge in managing docking stations against different vendor models.
• Testing performance of devices.
