About the Position
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement.
As a Business/Technical Consultant, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition for clients migrating from various local systems to Infront's premier product, Investment Manager. Your key duties will involve configuring and customizing the product for clients, delivering continuous support, and acting as a subject matter expert (SME). You will collaborate closely with local teams across Europe, engaging with Sales, Product Management, Customer Support, Sales Administration, and Finance departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Migration and Configuration:
- Oversee the migration of client data and systems to Investment Manager.
- Tailor and set up Investment Manager to fulfill client-specific needs.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency throughout the migration process.
Client Support:
- Deliver expert assistance to clients during and after the migration process.
- Resolve any technical challenges encountered by clients.
- Facilitate training sessions and provide documentation to enable clients to utilize the product effectively.
Subject Matter Expertise:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, utilizing your extensive knowledge of Investment Manager.
- Keep abreast of the latest product features and enhancements.
- Offer insights and feedback to the Product Management team to enhance the product.
Collaboration with Local Teams:
- Partner with Sales teams to grasp client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
- Work with Product Management to align client requirements with product development.
- Assist Customer Support teams in resolving complex client issues.
- Coordinate with Sales Administration and Finance teams to ensure seamless contract and billing processes.
Who You Are:
- You are a well-organized team player with strong communication skills.
- You hold a degree in business administration, an IT-related field, or a comparable qualification.
- You possess experience in market data and portfolio management systems or are eager to gain such experience.
- You are tech-savvy.
- You have a service-oriented approach and a consulting mindset.
- Knowledge or experience with regulatory requirements for asset managers is a plus.
- Your proficiency in English and German is at a business level.
