Position: Event Manager - Communications and Engagement

Location: Berlin

Contract Type: 2-year agreement, 80% part-time (32 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute a variety of events, exhibitions, campaigns, and activities
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to identify themes and target demographics
  • Support the design and rollout of outdoor exhibition MedEx
  • Prepare speakers, develop talking points, and create presentations
  • Manage logistics and oversee event invitations
  • Engage with external vendors and incorporate innovative technologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in event and campaign organization
  • Familiarity with current event planning trends and adaptability
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit
  • Capability to work autonomously
