As a key member of our marketing and communication team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating events and creative projects that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing a holistic events framework that encompasses internal and external events, as well as creating innovative event formats that showcase our brand voice and values.

Key responsibilities include:

* Coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
* Collaborating with our creative agency to develop event concepts and materials
* Managing event budgets and ensuring timely execution
* Developing and maintaining relationships with event partners and vendors
* Creating engaging event content for our communication channels

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, a creative problem-solver, and a strong communicator. You will also need to be proficient in event planning software and have a keen eye for detail.

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in event planning or a related field
