Job Title: Esports Manager Central Europe

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Esports Manager to lead our Central European region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing esports strategies, managing partnerships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement esports strategies to drive business growth and engagement in the Central European region.
  • Manage partnerships with tournament organizers, external partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of esports initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global esports product and brand managers to promote regional and global initiatives through social media.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders on regional competitions, status, and development.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in esports, broadcasting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful esports strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in English and German.
