Marketing Intern

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our Marketing division, with a focus on digital marketing initiatives, event management, partnerships, and strategic campaigns. Collaborating with colleagues across Central Europe, you will gain valuable insights into BCG's marketing strategies within this dynamic region.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Assisting in the planning, execution, and evaluation of both internal and external events (including live, virtual, and hybrid formats), along with managing specific subprojects and activities independently.
  • Contributing to the creation and execution of campaigns related to climate & sustainability, digital & technology, and innovation & transformation. This includes engaging in creative processes and content development for various communication platforms, as well as supporting daily operational tasks and conducting market research.
  • Designing and preparing wireframes and customer journeys for our landing pages in collaboration with our marketing and communications experts, followed by implementing these concepts directly in the tools and optimizing them using analytics.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • You are currently enrolled in a postsecondary educational institution or have completed a degree program, preferably in business management, economics, marketing, or communications.
  • You have a passion for communication and enjoy engaging in creative work.
  • You have some initial experience in marketing or communications.
  • You are interested in business-related topics and the economic landscape.
  • You are proficient in the MS Office suite, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar email marketing tools is advantageous. Experience with AI tools and CRM databases is also a plus.
  • You are enthusiastic about developing web pages and customer journeys, ideally with some experience in web-building tools and content creation.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
COLLABORATION
You will be integrated into our Marketing team in Central Europe, working closely with colleagues from various offices. Your supervisors will provide guidance during your onboarding process and support your professional growth, allowing you to benefit from the expertise of your team members.
