We strive to source our materials from regional suppliers, prioritize sustainability, and establish long-term relationships with our suppliers. To support our operational procurement, we are looking for a learning-oriented and motivated individual who will be responsible for sourcing raw materials.
High-quality raw materials, convincing recipes, and excellent quality – that's what we bake every day, and you could be a crucial part of it
Your Responsibilities- Procure raw materials, such as flour, eggs, sugar, fats, oils, cocoa, raisins, emulsifiers, dried fruits, almonds, marzipan, skimmed milk powder, flavorings, etc., in a cost-effective, timely, and quality-oriented manner.
- Engage in intense communication with various suppliers.
- Support in tendering, price, and condition negotiations.
- Manage prices, conditions, and supplier relationships.
- Handle complaints and claims.
- Monitor and ensure the security of deliveries.
- Collaborate closely with quality assurance and product development regarding the use of raw materials.
- A completed commercial vocational training with work experience or a similar qualification (university education, etc.).
- Experience in purchasing materials/raw materials.
- High quality and cost awareness.
- Structured, independent, and team-oriented working style.
- Proficient use of common IT solutions (MS-Office).
- English language skills in writing and speaking.
