We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our bakery team at Kuchenmeister GmbH.
As a baker and production worker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality bakery products for our customers worldwide.
You will work in a collaborative and respectful environment, using our secret recipes and top-notch ingredients to create delightful creations that bring smiles to our customers' faces.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and documenting production processes
- Operating and cleaning machines and work area
- Weighing raw materials manually and using automatic systems
- Production of dough and masses
Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary – we will provide comprehensive training
- Responsibility, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a 3-shift system
- Willingness and interest in learning new things
