JLL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage and coordinate site operations, including facilities management, security, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety, security, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders, including key performance indicators and service level agreements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, facilities management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of health and safety, security, and environmental regulations and standards.
