Job Description:
Project Manager (m/w/d) im Team Business Change Management
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Project Manager, der unsere Kundenimplementierungen und -migrationen erfolgreich leitet und steuert. Als Teil des Teams Business Change Management bist du verantwortlich für die Strukturierung, Leitung und Steuerung von Kundenprojekten.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Strukturierung und Leitung von Kundenimplementierungen und -migrationen
- Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsunterlagen für das Steering Committee
- Erstellung von Budgets, Timelines, Risikoanalysen, Gaplisten und Arbeitspaketen für das Projektteam
- Vorbereitung und Moderation von Kundenworkshops
- Projektdokumentation im Rahmen der Projektleitung, inklusive Reportings und Controllingtätigkeiten
- Schnittstelle im Team zu den Kollegen aus den Abteilungen Operation, IT sowie dem Kunden
Deine Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement, oder Business Change Management mit Schwerpunkt Transport, Logistik, IT oder Controlling
- Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte und Konzeption von Logistikprozessen sowie IT Prozessen
- Erfahrung in der Übertragung von technischen Neuerungen auf bestehende Geschäftsprozesse und Business-Modelle mit dem Ziel, diese im Rahmen der digitalen Strategie weiter zu entwickeln
- Selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
