About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Advocacy Specialist to join our team at Bettermile. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to drive customer success and growth in a rapidly expanding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the relationship and success of 1-4 assigned customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their digital transformation journey.
  • Define and execute customer-specific projects, leveraging insights during piloting and testing phases to ensure effective adoption and achieve 100% usage of solutions within set timelines.
  • Guide customers through each stage of their project with Bettermile, managing and aligning multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project success.
  • Serve as a customer advocate within Bettermile, capturing and communicating customer and user insights to inform product roadmaps and improve service offerings.
  • Monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions to enhance user adoption and reduce churn, analyzing product usage data proactively to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services, consulting customers on the ideal integration of the Bettermile product suite.
  • Continuously assess customer needs and goals to discover and drive innovation opportunities, supporting the product team in enhancing service quality and expanding product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Native Polish speaker with fluency in English.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a software product company.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint creation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of addressing diverse audiences, from C-Level executives to parcel delivery drivers.
  • Proven project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and switch between technical and business topics.
  • Strong prioritization and execution capabilities driven by customer needs, business impact, and expansion potential.

About the Team

The Customer Success team's main focus is to ensure new and existing customers achieve their goals and have a great experience with our products by providing them with guidance and ongoing support, from facilitating a smooth first implementation to fostering positive long-term relationships with them.

Working Environment

We work in a hybrid mode, with weekly team days for better collaboration and nurturing interpersonal connections. When onsite, we work in a modern, kid- and pet-friendly Better Space in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Remote work from anywhere for up to 12 weeks in total per year is also available.
