Service Technician in the Field

- Perform service tasks on servo-hydraulic testing machines and devices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide customer training on machine operation and software, as well as advising on material testing and product range, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze and troubleshoot faults on electromechanical and servo-hydraulic testing equipment, applying technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Calibrate testing machines according to DAkkS guidelines, creating comprehensive test protocols and ensuring compliance.
- Hold a completed technician training in Mechatronics, Materials Testing, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience as a Service Technician, Electrician / Electronics Technician, etc.
- Have in-depth knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical components, with a strong understanding of their interactions and applications.
- Be proficient in MS-Office programs and possess excellent communication skills in German, English, and ideally French languages.
- Exhibit a confident, personable demeanor, with a genuine interest in working with people and a strong sense of personal commitment.
- Display an independent, goal-oriented, and flexible work style, with a high willingness to travel within Germany and neighboring countries, and occasional assignments outside of Europe.
