Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled (Senior) Strategy Manager to join our CEO Office in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and operational projects that advance sennder's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with sennder's CEO and Executive Team to deliver high-impact projects and initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to integrate acquisitions and drive business growth
  • Serve as a liaison between sennder's founders and various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities
  • Support executives in maximizing their efficiency by preparing key meetings and strategic documents
  • Conduct market analyses and competitive research to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank
  • Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional projects and initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
  • First-hand experience leading small, high-performing teams
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate them into actionable insights
  • Strong bias towards action and results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in use of G-Suite or MS-Office programs
