Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Strategy Manager to join our team in Berlin-Pankow. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital transformation strategy and driving the adoption of new technologies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in making strategic IT decisions
  • Develop and track key performance indicators for our digital strategy
  • Implement a performance monitoring system to track the success of our IT projects
  • Design and implement concepts for the further development of our IT products division
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with our C-level executives
  • Plan and manage the resources and budgets for our IT division
  • Lead our programming team and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain and upgrade our existing IT infrastructure in collaboration with our service providers
Requirements
  • Degree in IT management, digital transformation, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in digital transformation, including strategic and operational roles
  • Project management expertise
  • Strong knowledge of digital system landscapes
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Desirable qualification in enterprise architecture
