Job Title: Manager, Commercial Strategy

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Quick Commerce Local Shops team as a Manager, Commercial Strategy. As a key member of our central commercial team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our strategic thinking around our customer offer for our local shops/marketplace business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with regional and country leadership teams to define best practices and establish global processes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and rollout tech and data science solutions to support our region and country teams as well as our partners
  • Provide regular business and project updates to senior management
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of professional experience, preferably with first experience in leading a team or cross-functional
  • Curious mind and ability to learn about our businesses in different parts of the globe
  • Hands-on mentality, logical and analytical thinking skills, and high attention to detail
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in management consulting or strategic/project management roles
  • Basic SQL skills
  • Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or retail
