Global Training Specialist for Digital Solutions

As a key member of the Dräger Global Academy, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs for our sales and service employees, as well as other internal and external stakeholders, on the Dräger product portfolio in the area of Digital Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and deliver face-to-face and live online training sessions for various target groups
- Create and implement eLearning courses to support the training needs of our employees and customers
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Train and authorize trainers worldwide to ensure consistency and quality
- Plan and manage projects to support regional or country-specific training initiatives
- Collaborate with Training Development Managers and related departments to develop training programs and learning paths
- Ensure that all training materials and programs are aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Alternatively, professional experience in IT networks, service, or application training
- Knowledge of the medical technology sector and experience in conducting training courses
- Excellent written and spoken German skills
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
