Global Training Specialist

**Job Summary**

As a Global Trainer (m/f/d) Mon/IT - Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to our sales and service employees, as well as other internal or external stakeholders, on the Dräger product portfolio in the area of Digital Solutions. This includes clinical information systems, monitoring systems, digital data analysis systems, and network infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop, prepare, conduct, and follow up on target group-oriented face-to-face trainings and live online trainings
  • Develop and implement eLearning courses
  • Evaluate training feedback to ensure the effectiveness of training courses
  • Train and authorize trainers worldwide
  • Plan and manage projects to support regional or country-specific training business
  • Collaborate with Training Development Managers and related departments to develop training programs and learning paths
  • **Requirements:**
    • Successful completion of studies in computer science, information and communication technology, business informatics, or digital engineering
    • Alternatively, training as an IT specialist with many years of professional experience in IT networks, service, or application training
    • Alternatively, clinical/technical/sales-related vocational training, ideally with further training in the IT environment and many years of professional experience in IT networks, service, or IT application training
    • Knowledge of the medical technology sector
    • Experience in conducting training courses
    • Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
    • Very good written and spoken German skills
