Global Training Specialist for Digital Solutions

As a key member of our Global Academy team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs for our sales and service employees, as well as other internal and external stakeholders, on the Dräger product portfolio in the area of Digital Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and deliver face-to-face and live online training sessions that cater to the needs of diverse target groups.
- Create and implement eLearning courses that enhance the learning experience.
- Evaluate training effectiveness by analyzing feedback and making data-driven decisions.
- Train and authorize trainers worldwide to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Plan and manage projects to support regional or country-specific training initiatives.
- Collaborate with Training Development Managers and related departments to develop training programs and learning paths.
- Ensure that all training materials and programs are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information and Communication Technology, Business Informatics, or Digital Engineering.
- Alternatively, training as an IT specialist with extensive experience in IT networks, service, or application training.
- Alternatively, clinical/technical/sales-related vocational training with further education in the IT environment and significant experience in IT networks, service, or application training.
- Knowledge of the medical technology sector and experience in conducting training courses.
- Excellent written and spoken German skills.
