We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to drive the expansion of our Direct Fulfillment (DF) business in the EU Emerging Stores. As a key member of our Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) team, you will be responsible for launching and scaling DF in EU Emerging Stores, managing vendor relationships, and developing strategic initiatives to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Business Growth: Achieve business objectives and drive the growth of Amazon's DF business in EU Emerging stores.
- Improve Vendor Experience: Identify opportunities to improve access and scalability of DF for all vendors in NL, PL, SE, BE through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions.
- Share Best Practices: Share and adopt learnings from your global counterparts in other emerging country stores to drive best practices and identify new opportunities.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of vendor performance and actions to accelerate growth.
- Collaborate with Category Teams: Work closely with Category teams to identify category-specific growth opportunities.
- Improve Customer Experience: Identify and manage projects to improve customer and vendor experience, working closely with internal and external teams.
- Program Management Experience: Experience in program or project management, owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Business Acumen: Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Launch and Scale Experience: Experience launching and scaling businesses from scratch, working with operations, business (retail) and product teams to find scalable solutions to cross early adoption barriers.
- Advanced Degree: Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
- Cross-Functional Experience: Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
