Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

The successful candidate will be based in Clark, New Jersey, and will be required to travel occasionally to client sites.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct Loss Control Surveys for clients, identifying potential hazards and recommending mitigation strategies.
  2. Prepare detailed reports on survey findings, highlighting areas for improvement and providing recommendations for risk reduction.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective risk management strategies, leveraging the company's expertise and resources.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., fire protection engineering, risk management, or a related discipline).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in loss control or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, as needed.
