Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Long-Term Monitoring Division and develop strategies for effective debt management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and organizational efficiency
- Develop and implement processes to optimize customer retention and satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure the highest possible economic success
