Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert after-sales technical support for all EcoFlow product series. You will work closely with our key accounts and sales channels to ensure technical problems are resolved efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive after-sales technical support for EcoFlow products.
- Maintain effective relationships with key accounts and sales channels.
- Collaborate with internal resources to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain product solution decks and technical materials for promotional purposes.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training, and trial test support to installers, retailers, and end-users.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and collect feedback for product improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical service engineer, preferably in the solar panel, power storage, or battery electrical tools industries.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German language proficiency a plus).
- Possession of an electrical engineering degree (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Visio.
- Self-motivated, patient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in additional European languages a significant asset.
