International Freight Disposition Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Freight Disposition Specialist to join our team at LOGISTIC PEOPLE (Deutschland) GmbH. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing international freight operations, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage international freight operations, including dispatching, tracking, and monitoring shipments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Analyze and resolve complex logistics issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve logistics operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in international freight disposition, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software, systems, and processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in Polish and German languages, with excellent English language skills.
