Total Safety ist ein weltweit führender Anbieter von Arbeitssicherheitsservices. Wir suchen einen IT Support Specialist für unser Team in Dorsten.

Aufgaben
  • Erster Ansprechpartner bei Störungen von IT-Anwendungen und Bereitstellung von First und Second Level Support für Hard- und Software
  • Individuelle Unterstützung und Beratung der Mitarbeiter bei der Anpassung und Nutzung von IT-Geräten und -Anwendungen
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Priorisierung und Klassifizierung im Ticketsystem
  • Installation, Betreuung und Wartung von Hard- und Software vor Ort und auf Baustellen
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Assetverwaltung und Einsteuern von Bestellungen im Rahmen des IT-Einkaufsprozesses
  • Einrichtung und Betreuung der Telekommunikationsumgebung
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von internen Workshops, Trainings und Webinaren zu Microsoft 365 Anwendungen
  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft
  • Sicherstellung von Backup und Recovery
  • Pflege von Datenbanken und Gewährleistung der Systemsicherheit
  • Dokumentation von Prozessen und Durchführung von Diagnosetests
  • Engagement bei der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien
  • Zusammenarbeit mit weltweitem HelpDesk Service Team
  • Teilnahme an (inter)nationalen Projekten
Voraussetzungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der IT, abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung als IT Support Specialist mit technischer Unterstützung wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 und anderen Standardanwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Reisetätigkeit 25-40%
