About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ARIBA Support Specialist to join our IT International Mobility team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to our clients and internal stakeholders on SAP ARIBA implementation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance on SAP ARIBA implementation and maintenance to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to SAP ARIBA.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for SAP ARIBA.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP ARIBA features and functionalities.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures related to SAP ARIBA.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ARIBA implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ARIBA applications, particularly in procurement, accounting, invoicing, and provider support.
  • Familiarity with SAP Network and its functionalities.
  • Proficient in using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Experience performing tests within the SAP ARIBA environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to suggest and implement system improvements.
  • SAP ARIBA certification is a plus.
